Surrounded by pristine bush land Spotted Gum Retreat is located on 80 private acres with abundant wildlife including wombats, lyrebirds and Kangaroos. This 4 bedroom country home has an in ground pool and a large shady veranda for sitting back and taking in the view of the nearby Mountains.
The open plan living area has a slow combustion fire place to keep you warm in winter and fully ducted air conditioning to keep you cool in the warmer months. There are comfy lounges and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. The master bedroom with ensuite has a queen size bed, TV and enjoys lovely views of the morning sunrise. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a double and the 4th bedroom two single beds.
Spotted Gum Retreat has some great outdoor areas including a large verandah with an 8 seater outdoor setting, gas BBQ and outdoor lounge. The full size in ground swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day and guests are welcome to feed the chooks, collect eggs and help themselves to the veggies, herbs and fruit trees in the garden. There is also a stone fire pit which is a great for sitting around with a glass of wine and watching the stars or for the kids to roast marshmellows.
Spotted Gum Retreat is ideally located within a short drive to Kangaroo Valley and the South Coast. There are many attractions and things to see and do in the area including bushwalking, mountain bike riding, fishing, canoeing, morton national park, Cambewarra look out and much, much more.
Spotted Gum Retreat is designed to accommodate family groups and we have a strict no party policy. Any disruption to neighbouring properties will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any damages or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card provided for the security bond.
Minimum night stays:
Weekend or Midweek 2 nights
Long weekend - Public Holidays - 3 nights
Easter - 4 nights
Christmas and New Year - 7 nights
Mid week pricing applicable for Monday to Thursday only
Mid week rates do not apply to any bookings that includes a Friday/Saturday or Sunday night
Weekly pricing rates offered do not apply for a Saturday to Saturday stay (crossing 2 weekends)
The fine print:
This property offers 2 different rates depending on the season - there is non peak season for the months of May to August and a peak season for the months of September to April.
The rates calculated by this website are estimates only and may not include discounts or special rates. All rates will be checked by our staff before the booking is processed.
* Please note a $40 booking fee applies to all bookings.
* Special is not available on long weekends, School Holidays or Christmas/New Year period.
* A security bond of $1,000 is processed as a credit card preauthorisation with all bookings
