Secluded and beautifully furnished, The Pavilion has an open plan lounge room with fireplace and dining table seating 16. There is a large plasma TV and sound system for your enjoyment as well as games/DVDs.
The bathroom is stunning with a white terrazzo egg shaped bath, as well as wonderful Crabtree & Evenlyn toiletries, heated flooring and towel rail to keep you cosy in winter!
There are five bedrooms in total three in the house and two outside the backdoor in a separate studio, two of the main bedrooms with beautiful king sized Balinese four poster beds and one with a double bunk.
In the studio there is a king sized Balinese Four poster bedroom, another bedroom with 4 king size bunk beds. Lounge and TV area to relax with bar fridge and tea, coffee making facilities. A stunning bathroom with separate shower and terrazzo egg shaped bath.
Behind the house is a 12 metre swimming pool with another bathroom, laundry and a Balinese Bale which backs onto a lush paddock.
There is a magnificent large covered deck off the lounge room with plenty of daybeds and BBQ. This is the perfect spot to sit and look at the incredible views. The gardens surrounding the house are gorgeous and although a little wilder than years ago, still show evidence of a garden which was once open for public display.
In the kitchen there is a Nespresso POD Coffee machine with some PODs provided, which is our gift to you on arrival.
Rathkells farm has plenty of river frontage for guests to use and is perfect for swimming and kayaking over summer.
Rathkell's farm is also home of The Wood Shed which sleeps up to 6 people and the Love Shack which sleeps 2 guests. Although the houses are far enough away from each other for privacy , they are perfect to book together for a family group etc
Rathkell's is a working cattle farm, you enter the property via cattle grate and drive along a private unsealed road.
This property is on a working cattle farm - strictly no pets allowed.
Rathkells Pavilion is designed to accommodate family groups and we have a strict no party policy. Any disruption to neighbouring properties will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any damages or extra cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card provided for the security bond.

Weekly pricing rates offered do not apply for a Saturday to Saturday stay (crossing 2 weekends)
