Located just a short drive from the villages of Kangaroo Valley and Berry this beautiful home has amazing views overlooking Kangaroo Valley and the mountains beyond. Netherby is set on 7.5 park-like acres and is a sanctuary to experience.
Netherby has been beautifully appointed with everything a guest could want. Sit back and relax and enjoy the sumptuous lounge room with a fabulous fireplace. There is also a separate TV room with Foxtel with another wonderful fireplace. The property also has ducted air conditioning so you are sure to be comfortable all year round. Netherby has 3 large private bedrooms, consisting of one king sized bed, one queen sized bed and 2 singlebeds.
The kitchen is fully equipped complete with coffee machine and there is a gas BBQ on the large veranda where you can sit back and enjoy your complimentary country breakfast hamper while taking in the amazing views.
Netherby is also just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the South Coast.
Netherby is designed to accommodate families andsmall groups of responsible adults. We do not allow parties or functions of any kind. The owners and caretakers of Netherby work hard and take pride in keeping Netherby in a pristine condition for the enjoyment of all guests and in turn we ask all guests to respect the property as if it were their own. Any breakages or damages must be reported immediately and any extra costs including those for extra cleaning and rubbish will be deducted from the security bond.

Minimum night stays
Weekend or Midweek 2 nights
Long weekend - Public Holidays - 3 nights
Easter - 4 nights
Christmas and New Year - 4 nights
Mid week pricing applicable for Monday to Thursday nights only
Mid week rates do not apply to any bookings that includes a Friday/Saturday or Sunday night
Weekly pricing rates offered do not apply for a Saturday to Saturday stay (crossing 2 weekends)

The rates calculated by this website are estimates only and may not include discounts or special rates. Rates are based on 2 guests then per person per night up to 6 guests. All rates will be checked by our staff before the booking is processed.
* Please note a $40 booking fee applies to all bookings.
* Special is not available on long weekends, School Holidays or Christmas/New Year period.
* A security bond of $1,000is processed as a credit card preauthorisation with all bookings
* For last minute accommodation bookings please call our office.
